BHC Office Procedures & Policies

All of our offices continue to serve our current clients and are also receiving new clients. The following modifications are in place.

Lancaster Office: Services provided via Telehealth with in-office sessions available for those with special circumstances.

Those who have made special arrangements for in-office visits will be asked to answer the screening questions below. Clients are asked to remain in their cars prior to their visits to maintain social distancing, as our waiting room is temporarily closed. You will be contacted by phone or text when it is time to come in for your appointment.

Our Lancaster staff is diligently following recommended cleaning and disinfecting protocols to keep our office clean and safe for clients and employees.

York Office: Services provided via Telehealth with in-office sessions available for those with special circumstances.

Our York staff is diligently following recommended cleaning and disinfecting protocols to keep our office safe for clients and employees. Clients attending sessions in-person will be able to maintain social distancing due to staggered appointments and two waiting rooms.

BHC Now Providing Convenient, HIPAA-Compliant Telehealth Counseling Services

BHC services are now as near as your smartphone or computer.

Our clinicians are now using a leading Telehealth platform that provides convenient, confidential communications compliant with strict HIPAA and HI TECH regulations.

You may email, fax or mail the completed signature page to your BHC clinician.

COVID-19 Screening Questions & Self Evaluation (For Office Visitors)

For your safety and the safety of our staff, new and established clients must answer these screening questions prior to entering any BHC Behavioral Healthcare Consultants facility.

  • Have you traveled internationally within the last 14 days?
  • Have you been in close contact with anyone who has traveled internationally within the last 14 days?
  • Have you had close contact with or cared for someone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days?
  • Have you experienced any COVID-19 symptoms in the last 14 days (including fever, cough, shortness of breath)?
